The three-storey house has been designed by Las Vegas-based JS Interiors Group and spans 4,376 square feet. It comprises three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The house is divided into a master suite, a powder room, loft/library office space, a loft media room and other miscellaneous rooms such as Climate Controlled Utility, laundry and storage room. There is a courtyard entry comprising a water feature and a church ceiling panel which has been imported from Thailand. The house is a visual treat with a rooftop sky terrace allowing views of the surrounding landscape, cabana and a firepit made in glass.

Other features of the house include glass walls from floor to ceiling by Fleetwood, an open space 22'x 23 'and an open kitchen. The building is 14 x 10 dining room is decorated with teak table Italian. The high-tech features of the house may be operated by an AMX controlled system iPad or iPhone. Additional amenities include a 55 "LED flat screen TV in the media room thermostats to ensure the cleanliness and security camera surveillance. In addition, his master bathroom and kitchen wall has sensors.

The countertops in common areas of the house are from Corian while countertops in private spaces are from Ann Sacks Marble. The house has also made abundant use of Italian teak cabinetry in closets. The windows are remote controlled. Further, plumbing fixtures and bath accessories have been provided by Dornbracht with LED lighting installed at bathroom vanities and under cabinets.

The house incorporates several green features like installation of energy-efficient LED lights in its courtyard, backyard as well as in the interior. It comprises a solar heated pool and spa, and tankless water heater and features sustainable flooring in polished concrete. Use of low VOC paints during construction adds to its eco-friendly nature.
