Each week Patch finds the best deals at local grocery and pharmacy stores in the area. We know that just because something is on sale, it does not make it a good deal. Patch researches the sale ads and prices and finds the best bargains matched up with coupons for your family. Stocking up on items you use when they are on sale and coupons are available will save your family a bundle every month.

Everyday shoppers can save 50 to 60 percent without being "an extreme couponer." Simply save your coupon inserts each Sunday and write the date on the outside of it. Store them in a file folder. When you see an item listed in the Patch articles that you use, grab the coupon and get the item at its lowest price. Its a simple and quick way to cut your grocery bills.

Now through Saturday there is a four-day sale at Kroger. There are a couple of good deals that are a part of this sale that I saw. Nature's Own bread is buy one, get one free until Saturday. 

Publix has a new sale that runs from Thursday through next Wednesday. here are the good deals worth stocking up on from the food aisles. 

Hunt’s 100 percent Natural Tomatoes are buy one, get one free at $1.27. 

Wish Bone Dressing is buy one, get one free at $2.65. There was a coupon for $1 off each bottle in the Publix Smart Savings booklet. Check the rack inside the door of the store to see if there are any of these present when you go. Nabisco Oreo Cookies are $2.50 each. There was a coupon for Nabisco cookies in the newspaper on June 19 and there is a printable coupon at the  Target website  that can be used at Publix as well. 

Welch’s Fruit Snacks are buy one, get one free at $2.75. There were coupons in the newspaper on June 5 that will save you more on these snacks. Shoppers can also print a coupon for $1 off each box once doubled  here. 

Crystal Light Drink Mix is buy one, get one free at $3.99. Shoppers can use the coupon from the newspaper on June 12 or print one at the  Target website.
